Tech 3 Software has been around since 1998 serving it's place as a freelance software company and a resource archive for developers. Tech 3 Software was formed some time ago by the merging of multiple freelance developers; Kris, Jon, Joseph and Mike. We provide free development software and educational software along with many original resources for programmers and web developers.
